Responsibilities

• Managing vendor validation process.
• Collecting data for analysis requirement.
• Managing the pre-order process.
• Managing post purchasing activities correctly according to procedural
• Ensuring the implementation of the warranty and claim process.
• Monitoring vendor payment process
• Conducting vendor performance evaluation.

Qualification

• Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting, Management, Economics, and Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scale) from Reputable University.
• Have high understanding in supply chain management.
• Have good communication skill, good analytic thinking and interpersonal skill, confident, have high self motivation, target oriented.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• High capable to work independently as well as a part of team.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
