Sekolah Pelita Harapan is a group of five International Christian schools located in the heart of Indonesia - the city of Jakarta. From a visionary beginning in 1993, Sekolah Pelita Harapan schools continue to develop as Indonesia's leading Christian schools with a focus on academic excellence, personal growth, and spiritual development. Our vision of True Knowledge, Faith in Christ, and Godly Character defines our goals for students: that they may come to understand that all truth emanates from God the Creator and Sustainer and is to be found ultimately in a relationship with Jesus Christ His Son, and our Saviour. Job Descriptions:

1. Supports the educational and developmental needs of Kindergarten students at Sekolah Pelita Harapan under the guidance of the lead teacher.
2. Assists in creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that aligns with SPH's vision of empowering students to excel academically, spiritually, and socially.
3. Collaborates with the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, activities, and educational materials.
4. Provides individualized support to students, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
5. Assists with classroom management, ensuring a positive and engaging learning atmosphere for students.
6. Supports students' personal care needs, including hygiene, meals, and safety.
7. Communicates effectively with parents, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
8. Demonstrates a passion for working with young children, enthusiasm, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
