Sekolah Pelita Harapan is a group of five International Christian schools located in the heart of Indonesia - the city of Jakarta. Job Description

1. Responsible to maintain students data in ManageBac and OpenApply.
2. Responsible to maintain students' data on the After School Program website.
3. Responsible and helping parents to access ManageBac.
4. Help to maintain students' data for the school contact list including photo, ID card, school newsletter, emergency, clearance, and hall pass and its distribution to students and parents.
5. Create School ID Numbers for New Students.
6. Help in keeping students' documents such as admission folders and copies of report cards.
7. Help in communicating with parents including sending letters and email blasts.
8. Help to supervise office boys in the TU office to ensure all tasks are done, the best practice applied, and meet timetables.
9. Help to organize students' lost and found stuff including contacting teachers to inform students to take their stuff from TU Office.
10. Help to deliver students' home learning packages to SL Floor when a teacher has already informed parents to pick them up.
11. Help to order and monitor stationery for class and teachers' supplies.
12. Any other duties as assigned are to be handled as efficiently and promptly as possible.
13. Participate in school-organized training, fellowships, retreats, celebrations, seminars, ceremonies, and events.
