Sekolah Pelita Harapan is a group of five International Christian schools located in the heart of Indonesia - the city of Jakarta. From a visionary beginning in 1993, Sekolah Pelita Harapan schools continue to develop as Indonesias leading Christian schools with a focus on academic excellence, personal growth, and spiritual development. Using the International Baccalaureate and Cambridge programs allows us to develop mature, thoughtful students who are committed to life-long learning and who utilize inquiry to search out the truth.

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist with the setup, breakdown, and maintenance of sports facilities and equipment, includes setting up and organizing equipment and materials before and after each class.
2. Manage inventory of sports equipment, ensuring availability and proper storage.
3. Assist in coordinating facility maintenance, such as cleaning, repairs, and renovations.
4. Assist the Physical Education Teachers in the Physical Education lessons.
5. Assist with maintaining a clean and organized physical education environment, including storage areas and equipment.
6. Oversee all sport events, including competition on and off campus.
7. Assist with administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, inventory tracking, and equipment maintenance logs.
8. Assist Head of Operations in other responsibilities, such as: whole school events, and administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

• Strong demonstrable Christian faith
• A biblical worldview on Education
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• A genuine passion for physical education and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
• Previous experience working in a school facility or similar environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with various sports and their equipment needs is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
