Recruitment Process

At RevoU, we have a structured recruitment process to identify and nurture passionate, high-potential candidates. Here’s an overview of what graduates and early talent can expect:

  1. Application Stage: Our team will review your applications to shortlist candidates who meet our criteria.
  2. Initial Screening: Once you pass the application screening you will be invited for an HR interview focused on understanding your motivation, cultural fit, and alignment with RevoU's values. We assess soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Hiring Manager Interview
    • Technical Skills Evaluation: In this stage, you will meet with the hiring manager to discuss your technical skills and experience. This stage involves in-depth questions about your previous work, specific skills, and how they approach challenges in your field.
    • Role-Specific Questions: The interview includes questions tailored to the specific role you are applying for, ensuring you have the necessary expertise and mindset.
  4. Case Study: Next, you will be given a case study relevant to the role, allowing us to evaluate your practical skills, problem-solving approach, and ability to deliver high-quality work.
