Recruitment Process
Langkah-langkah proses rekrutmen:
Mengirimkan CV dan Linkedin profilemu ke halaman rekrutmen Quipper Indonesia
HR Interview (selama kurang lebih 30 menit dengan rekruiter)
Take Home Test (opsional tergantung posisi yang dilamar yang berisi study case dari posisi yang dilamar)
User Interview (kurang lebih satu jam dengan user/team member departemen terkait)
Final Interview (dengan manager departemen/VP departemen terkait)
Semua proses dijalankan secara online dan akan disesuaikan berdasarkan departemen/posisi yang dilamar.
Remuneration & Career Growth
HMO upon regularization with additional 3 dependents (fully covered by the Company)
12 VL (5VL can be carried over to following year), Unlimited SL for 1 year, Additional benefit to special leave per event (Marriage, paternity, death, hospitalized family member)
