Extract General Ledger Accounting for actual expense for adhoc request by user and for reporting purposes.
Review & analyze detail expense which extracted from Accounting System (Sun GL)
Summarize manual payment that can’t be processed by payment system, and updated to the budget listing for each department
Follow up to user for any adhoc request related to the budget and spending
Provide supporting data for regional request/ user’s request/ adhoc
Upload, transfer and adjust budget in system
Requirements
Fresh Graduate/last year student from Accounting Major or 1-year experience in accounting department.
Excellence knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
Excellence knowledge in Power BI would be advantage.
Good knowledge in accounting.
Available to join for 9 months internship period.
