Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor (S1)
- Major in all Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics
- Final year students are welcome to apply
- Have 1-2 years of experience are welcome to apply
Main Responsibilities:
Manage the need for materials, goods, and information in the supply chain to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction at the lowest cost. Planning demand, inventory, incoming materials, supplier relationships, and production schedules. This Directorate has several divisions:
- Market Intervention Planning & Customer SolutionThis Division consists of Two Departments: Demand Planning and Customer Solution. General Manager of Market Intervention Planning and Customer Solution
- Manufacturing: The manufacturing division is responsible for end-to-end production until the finished goods are ready to be transported to the warehouse.
- Sourcing & Suppliers Collaboration: SSC is responsible for making sure that our suppliers are the best for their delivery performance, product quality, cost competitiveness, and contribution to our innovation. This Division consists of four Departments: Operation, Raw Material, Packaging, and Activation Support.
- Central Engineering & SHE: Ensuring engineering and safety-related matters are on top condition to enable the manufacturing ecosystem. There are three departments under this division: Facilities Engineering, Central Manufacturing Engineering, SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment)
- Quality and HALAL Management: Develop and implement quality and halal policies, processes, standards, and systems for the supply chain operation. This division currently has two departments under it: Quality In Design and Standard, Factory Quality and Halal System
- Manufacturing Excellence & Competencies: Responsible to implement process improvement, digital transformation, as well as personnel development in manufacturing/factory scope. There are currently two departments managed by this division: Manufacturing Excellence and Manufacturing Competencies
