Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Memberikan support Pre Sales maupun Post Sales baik teknik maupun non teknis terhadap operasional dari produk dan solusi kepada pelanggan.
  • Memberikan support kepada pelanggan terkait dengan konsultasi sistem perdokumenan yang terintegrasi dengan IT infrastruktur
  • Mengelola hubungan baik dengan pelanggan, sehingga mampu mengetahui update dari profil dan aktivitas bisnis pelanggan
  • Bertanggungjawab terkait dengan update IT/Technology di cabang

Kualifikasi :

  • S1 Teknik/ Ilmu Komputer / Sistem Informasi / Sains IPK > 2.75
  • Fresh graduate, maksimal 2 tahun pengalaman kerja
  • Memiliki kemampuan programmer / database admin
  • Menguasai MS Office
  • Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di cabang Astragraphia di seluruh Indonesia
