YES! They're very communicative and open. Yes yes, good mentor especially Christine. She encourages the team to develop themselves and grow as persons. She loves to share insight and knowledge too. Other than Christine, the web leads (Kak Putu and Mike) and my team's editor (Kak Haikal) are all very supportive and helpful! Glad to have them as supervisors.

They are very accessible and very good mentors. Employees can ask any questions regarding their work as long as it does not interrupt their meetings.

I have issues when my line manager gave me and my colleagues tasks out of our main tasks, and made us to do work overtime. And when the workflow is still unclear, and it makes us in our division have to fix on repeated mistakes.

We don't really interact much, we only interact if there's important stuff, or work stuff. But i guess it's because of the online situation.
