Working Hours at ZEN Rooms

It is pretty flexible as we work at home as long as we get things done and keep things on schedule.

We worked 9-6, no overtime pay and no working at the weekend. Which is pretty fair and I'm grateful for it. In Indonesia, the company trusts that we enter the working hours imposed, there's no clock in and out measurement nor system. This I believe creates a positive employee's relationship with the organization.

My office hour is 9 to 6. Most of the time, i work until 6 but sometimes there's some work to do that could make us work over 6.

- Since we're still applying working from home or remote working, you can always have work life balance you needed, just to ensure that all works are done and clients and managements are satisfied

It's 8 hours per day and so flexible (we can self regulate our working hour)
