Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
I know that the recruitment in the company I work for doesn't look for specific ethnic or gender or sexual orientation. The maternity leave is fair too I think when I look for my work colleagues.

Our CEO is a Woman! We are embracing diversity and inclusivity as far as I can see. We encourage differences as our strength. We have more than 5 nationalities and they provide maternity leave/paternity leave.

As per what i feel, we all really respect each other and did not really care about our background if it is not related with our job.
