As a Content Writer Intern you will draft internal employee content and external candidate content, to build excellent and effective employer branding programs.
Responsibilities
- Created and publish content related to employer branding topics
- Brainstorm ideas for new content
- Propose innovative activities to boost employer branding
- Research as needed for writing content pieces relevant to our users
- Be a part of a team that manage the timeline, development and delivery of all operational plans
- Work together with related stakeholders to ensure high-quality work in the company’s branding areas
- Additional responsibilities within the Employer Branding team as assigned
Requirements
- Undergraduate or Fresh graduate from Communication/ Media/ Journalism
- Eager to learn about employee experience and employer branding
- Have strong communication skills especially in written English and Bahasa
- Proficiency in creative content creation and craftsmanship
- Proven content writing or copywriting experience (Portfolio of published work)
- Independent learner who is proactive
