- Melaksanakan layanan IT Service Desk sesuai SLA Response Time.
- Melaksanakan tindak lanjut (analisa dan approval) request permintaan, baik berupa reporting, permintaan data, maupun supervisi penggunaan IT Service Desk tool.
Kualifikasi:
- Minimal S1 Jurusan Teknik Informatika atau Ilmu Komputer
- Minimal memiliki pengalaman kerja selama 1 tahun di bidang yang sama (IT Helpdesk/ServiceDesk)
- Fresh graduate diperbolehkan dengan catatan wajib berpengalaman dengan SQL Server
- Punya analisa yang bagus dan cepat belajar
- WAJIB berpengalaman di bahasa Pemrograman SQL (SQL Server/SQL Database/Navicat), IT Operation di Pay TV Industri.
- Terbiasa shifting
