What You Will Do
- Assist Business Team in Business Required Document (BRD) creation
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to help team make business decisions
- Do competitor benchmarking
- Monitor important key metrics
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Data team to achieve business targets
- Create Ad-hoc campaign plans and align with Partners for execution
- Work with Researcher to do qualitative research to answer business problem statements
What You Will Need
- Final year of study in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Marketing, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, etc)
- Some proficiency in writing & conversing in English and able to communicate straightforwardly while staying clear, concise, and emphatic
- Basic spreadsheet skills
- Passion for Fintech, sharing economy, and staying updated with industry trends
- Good attention to detail as the candidate’s work will be reflected directly in the front end
- Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and execute initiatives for user satisfaction
- Self-motivated, growth mindset, and willingness to take on hands-on tasks available for a 6-months internship period
