Job Description

• Promote the company's existing brands and introduce new products to the market.
• Analyze budgets, prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures, and ensure that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
• Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends to draft reports.
• Implement new sales plans and advertising.
• Stay updated in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
• Independently own and run one/multiple campaigns within the team.

Requirements

• Graduated from any reputable universities with Bachelor Degree majoring mathematics or industrial engineering.
• Passionate to work with data and numbers.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or maximum have 1 year experiences in the same field.
• Have basic understanding about marketing & the channels purposes.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to lead own projects and providing essential updates.
• Have high integrity.
• Have high negotiation skill.
• Able to make decision with necessary information/data.
