Community Operations Intern null

Responsibilities

• Review creators in-app content (daily), pull comprehensive data reporting.
• Initiate and create weekly activities for creator's community, responsible for the performance and data recap.
• Maintain daily communication and share weekly trend updates to creator's community group.
• Collect best practices and educate new creators on how to optimize performance;
• Facilitate day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of issues.
• Support weekly in-app campaign especially on education and food category.

Qualifications

• College undergraduate is preferred, strong English skills in both verbal and written;
• Ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets and familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint); good with data;
• A good team player and fast learner;
• Strong interest in digital creators and short video, especially on food, travel and educational contents.
