• Create and post job vacancies for ship crew and make visits to maritime academies
• Screening and selecting suitable candidates
• Input new employee data to HRIS
• Arrange crew training before onboard
• Set briefing schedule for ship crew before onboard

Requirements

• D3/ Bachelor Degree from Ketatalaksanaan Pelayaran Niaga or Maritime Academy Graduate
• Having experience in crewing or similar position minimum 1 year
• Good in English both spoken and written.
• Having experiences in Social Media engagement will be an advantage
• Applicant must be willing to work at Sunter, North Jakarta.
