INTERNSHIP Accounting, Finance, Tax

We are looking for an Accounting, Finance, Tax Internship

• Posting journal entries into accounting systems
• Ensure all invoices are properly accounted
• Match daily invoices received with corresponding purchase orders and receipt of goods or services and reconcile details
• Prepare VAT and Tax Art 21, 22, 23/26 for monthly
• Preparation of monthly taxation work papers, Tax reconciliation, Tax equalization
• Vet corporate and staff expense claims and ensure compliance with the company policy
• Provide revenue reports from any payment gateway
• Experience in order fulfillment, preferably with PO and SO orders fulfillment experience.

Requirement:

• Internship on 7th semester D3 or Bachelor degree Accounting, Financer, Tax from a reputable university
• Able to work under pressure for minimum 6 months
• Excellent in Microsoft Office (especially advanced in Microsoft Excel).
• Familiar with accounting systems such as Accurate or Jurnal
• Strong detail ability, well organized, strong analytical
• Effective communication (both spoken and written) in English and Bahasa.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and demonstrated ability to gather and communicate data logically, accurately, and concisely.
• Self-motivated and willing to be hands-on when needed Can start to work immediately
• Working in the West Jakarta area
