Job Descriptions

• Act as PMO for multiple projects
• Coordinating with cross-department team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
• Coordinating the development of SOP, manual, training materials, and other documentation as needed to enable a successful implementation of new business/project
• Visualize overall project schedule, report project issues status, and potential risks
• Support the CEO Office team in finding and analyzing relevant data to solve strategic operations, finance, and other business issues
• Conduct quantitative/qualitative analysis necessary in developing recommendations for Management and Other Teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business or another quantitative discipline
• Fresh graduates with internship experiences in the big4 / banking / consulting / technology industry are welcomed
• Strong communication skills, professionally fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Strong analytical skills (Excel) and developing effective presentations decks (PowerPoint)
• High curiosity and hunger to learn
• Excited about startup and can work effectively in dealing with ambiguity
• Strong work ethic and proven track record working both individually and in teams
