I don't remember the process exactly but I would say it was like the normal recruiting process.

There are two interview processes, which are HR interview and User Interview. You will have HR interview then User Interview later. If you have applied to this company, you only need to wait because there is CV screening. Later then you will get a message that contain the interview information, such as the time and meeting link. Then, if you passed the HR interview, you will get a notification and move to the next step that is User Interview. You will find the interviewer that asks you many questions related to your skills and your role you have applied. You will get an offering letter if the user consider you are appropriate in this team.

The interview process at Payfazz is the second most humble interview i've ever done. the interviewer were so nice and at that time i just feel like i was talking with an old friend. there's no such pressure or intimidative situastions.

First of all, i have been contacted with recruitment team to join interview. Besides, I've been given excel assignment before interview. after that, the announcement of interview is relative fast within 3 hrs.

The first interview was held with HR, so if we passed first we had to attend a user interview and do some user challenges. but for my position, the interview is once because it has been merger with the user interview

For the first interview, which is HR interview, I got asked about who I am, my personality, what I was doing in that time, what teammate I want to work with, and many more personal questions. I think that all questions have been asked were basic questions for HR interview. So, I can prepare it far before I got the HR interview notification. For User Interview, I got asked about my related role I've applied, such as what is the differences between front-end and back-end, what is your primary programming language, how far do you know about your programming language, what project you have done to improve your programming skills, etc.
