Culture at Payfazz

The colleagues/team is very open to suggestions, even though I am an intern. They are also very relaxed and casual to talk to.

So far, I would say that the company's culture is healthy and seemed every one is respectively kind to each other (very open for input, polite, appreciative). Overall, it's all nice.

In the office, everyone is so nice to me. They are humble and kind. They will give helps if I need it as soon as possible. After hours, we don't have much talk. This situation make us less conversation. But, the important thing is that we still have a good communication. We are doing a great job as a team. Everyone is equal. Being in this team is such a great opportunity.

I don't know because we are not work from office and I haven't meet any employee

The culture is very agile, yet the seniors are very open and humble when giving ideas or directions for the interns, especially when i feel confused. they also don't hesitate themselves for joking around with the interns which makes me thinks that there's not a big gap between us and i feel comfortable interacting with all team members.

Payfazz has a good culture, such as listen to others, always use 3 magic words, understand me while I'm in class, always appreciate, encourage, and support each other

The company culture is so good, the working hours also reasonable with the benefit that you will get, the team are so welcome and supporting with your development process.
