Summary

As a Research Operations, you are the specialist in making sure the operational process of the research team is well planned, executed and monitored. You will tackle all the friction and inefficiency of our research process. To make it happen, you will work closely with all design team members and some departments in producing process standards and monitor its performance.

This internship program will help you understand the design operations process through learning by doing mechanics and mentored by our Research Operations team member directly.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage user research participants, from alignment with related teams, recruitment process, execution and participant rewards 
  • Making sure research team activities are well executed, from sharing sessions, team rituals, end-to-end research project
  • Ensure research budget is always on track
  • Ensure all research documents are well-managed 
  • Find the most effective and efficient ways to do research recruitment 
  • Manage administration of design & research processes internally and externally, like license management, hiring process, research operations and so on, by working closely with other divisions.

Requirements:

  • Good analysis on operational process improvement with a proactive problem solving mindset.
  • Highly motivated to understand team needs and find the root cause of their pain points as action items for improvement.
  • Ability to manage clear & well-organized documentation.
  • Able to use in google sheet tools (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).
  • Good communication skills with a proactive mindset to solve problems.
  • Good English conversation, presentation and writing skills.
  • Minimum internship period is 6 months.
