Key Tasks and activities

• Plans, delivers and executes technical activities to provides services directly and indirectly to Nokia internal and external customers.
• Supporting Access and IP design, planning and optimization of Nokia Products 3G/4G & 5G Technology
• Prepare and deliver technical network design & optimization work under NPO Specialist supervised
• Coordination with implementation and field teams during activity if required
• Deliberately and actively improve self-competence & performance by training, workshop & OJT

Job Requirements

Works typically in several technology areas with Beginner level.  Task scope includes and not limited to:

• Network Design and Dimensioning
• Network Optimization
• Support any NPO technical issues related to KPI analysis
• Network audit with corresponding analysis

Personal Attributes

• Good team player and collaboration
• Good understanding on Telecommunication and IT knowledge
• Hungry to learn anything especially new technology
• Good communication skills (English) and presentation
• Ready to take any challenge in any working environment

Experience required

• Fresh Graduate from University with majoring on Telecommunication or IT
