- Do payroll administration (Data maintenance, Salary Calculation, Payment Processing)
- Prepare payment report especially for Operation Payroll
- Work collaboratively with superior and team for payroll and benefits data
- Record the details of employee NPWP, BPJS Employment & BPJS health
- Proactively optimize current payroll processes to improve efficiency and enhance employee experience
- Maintain employee files and records both offline or online platform
Requirements
- Min 1 year of experience as Payroll Specialist
- Fresh graduate are welcome with internship experience
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel, familiar with HRIS, and payroll report
