• Fluent in English both oral and written.

Job Description:

• Source potential candidates through various hiring platforms
• Improve recruitment process and update hiring materials (job descriptions, requirements, screening test, etc)
• Conduct early screening selection processes, such as CV screening, initial interview, and communication with candidates.
• Develop any social media content with a marketing team related to employer branding.
• Assist in the performance management process and people engagement activities
• Assist of any employee administration & people operations inquiries
