Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of business strategies by using data and statistical analysis to identify levers for sales growth
• Take part in market & competitiveness analysis, understand factors that affect outlet sales, and drive related initiatives
• Drive customer engagement to understand customer profiling better for business improvement purposes
• Having excellent social and networking skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate closely with BD leads to improving outlets' performance
• Supporting the administrative and organization of projects and partnership
• Conducting approach to the potential partners, communities, and clients

Requirement

• Currently pursuing or recently finished a Bachelor's degree with less than 1 year of working experience
• Energetic, mobile, and fast learner
• Passion for data & analytic
• Able to communicate in English
• Available for 3 months - start immediately
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
