Job Description
- Respond to messages from customers quickly
- Updating the number of stock items
- Post if there is a new product
- Confirm orders from customers
- Serving complaints and responding to feedback from customers
- Confirm if there are out of stock items
Requirements
- Final year or fresh graduate student in marketing or related field
- Able to master and understand about the marketplace
- Able to communicate patiently and friendly
- Able to be responsive in responding and serving customers
- Can do product price research
