Job Requirement

  • MALE
  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Food Technology or Industrial Technology (GPA minimum 3.00)
  • Proven ability in manage team production operation also troubleshooting minor machine
  • Perform Breakdown analysis, production planning, and also cost
  • Knowledge about lean manufacture, such as 5S
  • Understanding of HACPP, ISO, FSMS, and Halal Assurance System
  • Proven experience on target achievement, based on quality and quantitative standard
  • Experience in Continual Improvement tools and methodology such as Lean Manufacture, Six -Sigma tools, 5S Culture, Risk Management, Root Cause Analysis, Data Analysis Manufacturing, and other methodology.
  • Excellent in Ms. Office
  • Strong analytical with good judgment and a sense of urgency
  • Management and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Excellence communication, interpersonal skill, fast response and self discipline.
  • Willing to be placed in Semarang or other city.

Job Description

  • Plan, organize, direct and carry out optimal day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure efficient and cost-effective production results that meet order requests, specifications, quality, and planning targets through coordination and management of plant equipment, personnel, and production processes.
  • Prepare annual production budget, monitor progress, and determine actions for required cost issues.
  • Maintain compliance with environmental and quality regulations while monitoring and reporting progress and results.
  • Increase production capacity and flexibility while maximizing efficiency and maintaining current quality standards
  • Controlling operations and budgets that have been made by the management plan
  • Check program achievements and provide input to Management on problems that arise and what corrective actions are needed both (technology, tools, human resources, operations, etc.)
