Job Descriptions

The programme aims to develop participants along the management path in one of our Global Business (Global Banking), through structured learning and rotation across the selected department within Global Banking.

During the programme, we will provide talents with development initiatives among other cores: an intensive induction programme, experiential workshops, management and leadership workshops, cross-functional rotation, active learning projects, corporate events participation and community services.

The application closes on April 2022 and the target programme started in July 2022.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.2/4.0; or
• Master's Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5/4.0
• Fresh graduate in any discipline, preferably business-related
• Not possess more than two years of work experience after university graduation
• Strong motivation to pursue a banking career
• Preferably those who have experience as leaders in student organizations and or any other social/extra-curricular activities
• Self-driven and demonstrates leadership competencies and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English is a must, but equally have to be able to speak fluently in Bahasa
• Proof of legal right to work in Indonesia
