As our Merchant Community for Merchant Development team, you’ll be involved in end-to-end scalable education activities for Moka, GoStore, Selly Merchants in the community.
Develop creative ideas and content plans for merchant education inside Community Group of Moka, GoStore, and Selly
Work with Product and Strategy team to create education article on Help Centre
Assist in the execution of merchant educational webinars
Responsible for post-webinar engagement content and activity in Community Group
Report the result of all engagement content inside the Community group to all relevant stakeholders
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute campaigns communication for merchants
What You Will Need
Minimum bachelor's degree from any major/educational background with a strong understanding of communication. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Has good analytical skills, excellent in communication with strong empathy and people skills
Preferably have working experience related to community events or community management
Has a good understanding and interest in online and offline business trends
Possess an ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, and work well with others in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with social media and online learning platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, Whatsapp, and Zoom
Experience working in an e-commerce or tech company is a plus
