What you'll do:
- Monitor the company’s Brand Awareness and update any important events
- Read and understand data from dashboards and generate reports
- Supporting the team on the end-to-end administration process
- Responsible for handling operational process of payment to third party vendors
- Dealing with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all the documents needed are complete
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
What you'll need:
- Graduated at least with a Bachelor’s Degree
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
- Proficient in Ms. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate clearly to everyone
- Have the ability to speak and write concisely using English and Indonesia
- Self-motivated, independent, and willing to learn
- Have strong organizational skills or experience
