Who We Are

Desty's mission is to make digital commerce available for everyone. Founded in September 2020, in the midst of the unprecedented Covid-19 pandemic, we see the urgent needs of a great tool for a fast-growing community of people who want to start their own business. Our solution is a digital platform that serves as a single online destination for creators, influencers, and merchants to promote and sell their products.  Desty currently offers two products, a landing page generator called Desty Page and Desty Store, a service that allows users to create an online store complimentary to marketplaces. 

Our founding team members are all Internet and e-commerce veterans, with extensive experience from well-known Chinese, SEA & US tech companies such as Alibaba, Google, Facebook, Gojek, Lazada, etc. We currently operate HQ offices in both Jakarta and Hangzhou, China.

For this position, we are looking for passionate individuals to be our Tiktok Content Creator Intern. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a knack for creativity and has the know-how to create informative yet entertaining content. Someone who thinks outside the box or... without the box. Have fun exploring with us how through content creation you can help Desty to reach its business & marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• You will have two main areas of responsibility: Tiktok content creation and data tagging. 
• ⁣Plan, propose, execute, maintain and improve Tiktok content for @desty.app. 
• Research for current trends on Tiktok and try to implement that for Desty to get into FYP. 
• Help marketing team to review, analyze and then determine new account category tag based on your analysis. 
• You play an important role in identifying accounts that violate our guidelines and responsible to inform our team to ban such accounts.
• ⁣Provide daily and weekly reports to your supervisor.
• If needed, assist marketing team in day-to-day campaign execution.

Qualification

• Final year university student or fresh graduate from any degree.
• Driven, discipline, organized and responsible.
• Use your own device(s).
• Able to commit a minimum of 3 months internship.
