At Caterpillar’s Indonesia Batam, we manufacture Hydraulic Shovels products used in building the infrastructure and mining to move materials that make a better world.

As an intern student in Caterpillar Indonesia Batam, you will have the opportunity to gain practical, challenging and meaningful on-the-job work experience in the Manufacturing Engineering field, while working for the world's leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment.

Eligibility Requirements:

• An active student enrolled in undergraduate in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
• Minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0/4.0.
• Must be legally authorized to undergo internship in Batam and does not, require sponsorship of employment visa status and/or relocation, immediately or in the near future.
• The minimum age of the student should be compliant to the local laws.
• The student should provide a valid student ID and in-progress academic transcripts supporting the eligibility requirement.

Compensation and Benefits

Our interns are well compensated with a competitive allowance, meal, insurance, and transportation. Internship certificates will be issued on the successful completion of your internship.
