What specific positions will we be hiring for during our Recruitment Tour? 

Pre-arranged positions at this fantastic outdoors resort include:

• Server Assistant: To assist servers in expediting service to the guest, to serve food from the kitchen in a timely manner, clean and reset tables, stock stations, to cross-train as a Line Runner
• Server: To wait on tables promptly, courteously and to serve the guest in a professional manner. To exemplify the Big Cedar service standards.
• Front Desk Attendant: To deliver friendly, professional service ensuring guest satisfaction when checking guest in and out of resort.
• Host: To ensure all guests are greeted and seated in a friendly and courteous manner using appropriate procedures in accordance with Big Cedar Standards and to handle payment transactions for all foods and/or beverages purchased in the resort’s restaurants. Perform close of shift accounting procedures.
• Recreational Attendant: Helping guests navigate the recreational activities on site
• Culinary: Prepare and portion foods for the resort’s food and beverage outlets
• Grounds Keeper: To perform the maintenance and upkeep of all grounds including plants, trees, lawn areas, drives, walkways, ponds, irrigation systems, snow and ice removal, trash and recycle, moving services to various departments and all equipment to provide guest safety and satisfaction.
