Responsibilities
Collect all information pertinent to new employees
Draft and prepare all letters pertinent to personnel and recruitment process
Maintain and manage HRIS along with hard copy records of employees
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records since hire to retire
Update internal databases with new hire information
Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
