As the Management Trainee (MT) of the Creative Department, you will be responsible to:
Lead multiple projects across departments, directly coordinating with Creative Department Leadership
Demonstrate adaptability in fast-paced nature of start-up company
Actively seek learning, training, mentoring, and job shadowing opportunities to support one’s personal & professional development
Requirements
Hold bachelor’s degree (preferably in Product Design, Architecture or Engineering major)
You are able to think like a designer: You are able to understand the user(s)/client(s) needs, technical limitations, and business context to come up with suitable solutions. You then communicate the idea through a form (e.g. storytelling, sketch, prototype) and test it
Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
Demonstrate strong structural thinking ability
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skills and a great team player
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Passionate about gaming or entertainment industry
